The wolf hunts. The wolf risks everything. The wolf eats what it kills or starves. The shepherd manages risk but doesn’t create it. The sheep follows and gets fed regardless.
Every partnership I’ve had fell apart because shepherds wanted wolf money. They wanted the vote but not the risk. They wanted the title but not the 3am door shifts, the legal threats, the ad spend that could light on fire any given Tuesday.
