SLIST Photo & Video Release
By attending a SLIST event, you may appear in photo or video content used by SLIST for promotional and editorial purposes.
What this means.
- SLIST and its approved shooters may capture photo and video at events.
- Crowd shots, atmosphere, DJ footage, and venue context are all in scope.
- Content may be used on slist.net, social, email, and promotional materials.
- Approved shooters wear an identifier at every event.
The dancefloor exception.
- Phones in pockets on the floor.
- No flash photography.
- No phones up at the front of the booth.
The reasoning is in the covenant — flashes break the spell and self-conscious dancers can’t commit to the room.
How to request removal.
- DM us on Instagram @slist.nyc, or email saimon@slist.net.
- Reference the image (URL, post link, or a description of where it appeared).
- We’ll remove the content within 7 days. No questions.

Minors.
SLIST events are 21+ unless the listing says otherwise. Minors who appear despite policy can request immediate removal.
