Refund and Returns Policy

SLIST Refund & Returns Manifesto – The Short Version

All sales final — with one exception. If we cancel an event, you get your money back. For anything else that goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right with an exchange.

Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Every purchase you make with SLIST fuels the movement — covering not only production costs but also the preemptive investments we make in advertising, promotion, and community-building. Because of this, all sales are final, with one exception: if we cancel an event, we refund it. See section 2.

Outside of a cancelled event, we do not offer refunds or returns, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule changes
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Merchandise sizing, color, or style preferences

We actively encourage prospective guests to check out the lineup for a given event on social media, listen to the artists’ catalogues, and take any other diligent measures to ensure that our events are to their liking. Know what you are getting into.

1. No Refunds, No Returns

Once payment is processed, your order is considered complete. Funds are often allocated immediately to cover promotional and operational costs, so they cannot be returned. Section 2 is the exception.

2. If We Cancel the Event, You Get Your Money Back

If SLIST cancels an event outright and does not reschedule it, we refund what you paid for your ticket to the original payment method. You do not have to ask, and there is nothing to fill in — we start the refunds ourselves.

  • We aim to have refunds issued within 14 days of announcing the cancellation, and we’ll tell you by email when yours is on its way.
  • Depending on your bank, it can take a further few business days to appear on your statement.
  • If you would rather keep the value as credit toward a future SLIST event, tell us before the refund is issued and we’ll do that instead, at equal or greater value.
  • Where a ticket was bought through a third-party platform rather than from us directly, that platform issues the refund and its timing is theirs.

This applies to a cancellation. A postponed or significantly altered event is handled under section 3.

3. Exchanges for Equal Value

For anything short of a cancellation, we cannot issue cash refunds, but we will consider offering an exchange of equal value at our discretion, typically in the form of SLIST event tickets, in situations such as:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Event is postponed or significantly altered
  • We determine there’s been an error on our part

4. How to Request an Exchange

If you believe you qualify for an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item or learning about the event change.
  • Email [email protected] with your order number, details, and any relevant photos for merch issues.
  • We’ll review your request and let you know if an exchange is approved.

5. Digital Products & Event Tickets

  • Event tickets are valid only for the date and time specified, unless exchanged under this policy.
  • Digital products (if offered) are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed.

All sales are final, and every purchase is a donation-like contribution for keeping SLIST alive — but if we cancel the show, we give your money back.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
