Techno Afters Trap 3: New Moon

This is our 3rd TECHNO AFTERS TRAP

As with previous afters the lineup is curated for dark music.

Dark music evokes feelings of sorrow, despair, hate, and other negative emotions. It’s a reminder of the human condition. Common elements include haunting melodies, ethereal vocals, and unnatural sounds. Every genre from pop to industrial hardcore has a darker sub-genre that falls under “dark music”.

This event will feature the following genres in particular:

We dropped global_frequency as a collaborator. Global Frequency is no longer affiliated with SLIST.
Chris was funneling money out of our parties through fake contracts and shady side deals. He was not transparent.

Chris is currently going through a a schizophrenic episode due to his new anti-depressant prescription. Even if he “heals” or sobers up, he will never be part of the SLIST community ever again.

Chris threatened to strangle me in my home unless I agreed to end the party early. And if not he would cancel the party.

The venue owner has never had an issue with the the proposed times for this party. This was just his ploy to get me to fire DJs from the lineup and make space for his friends for whom he had promised gigs unilaterally while on drugs.

So I told him to go fuck off (after many attempts at compromising). I got the venue owner to let me rent from her directly. Chris was in charge of logistics (venue, security, bar, etc staffing). He is now out of the picture.

If Chris tries to enter he will be arrested on the spot by our security team of off duty police officers. He can then explain his “promoter career” to his parole officer and go back to sucking dick for ramen rations 🍜

Soldier boy is still in prison, mentally. Chris thinks he needs to constantly test everyone’s boundaries and fuck others before they can fuck him. Even this ego check will go right over his head.

Aside from the recent hiccups, the flyer has been spreading hard so we expect this to be our best turnout so far. Everything is pointing to an extremely successful event.

We’re keeping the Trap name, since the concept has always been an SLIST original concept. This one will be our first fully SLIST organized event. An event fit for the New Moon.
