Refund Policy

Slist takes great care in presenting our events as transparently and accurately as possible. We ensure that every attendee knows what they’re showing up for, and that our promotion closely reflects the atmosphere we are curating. As such, our refund policy is as follows: 

Every event has a 20 minute window post-entry during which, if you feel like the party is not your vibe, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. After this time has elapsed, tickets are non-refundable.

We actively encourage prospective guests to check out the lineup for a given event on social media, listen to their catalogues, and take any other diligent measures to ensure that our events are to their liking. This helps us foster a positive and enjoyable environment. Know what you are getting into!
