1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our site or purchase tickets, and at least 21 years old to attend events where alcohol is served. By purchasing, you confirm you meet all applicable age requirements.

2. Ticket Sales & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by SLIST.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from SLIST.
  • SLIST reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for any reason without refund.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

SLIST may change lineups, venues, dates, or event details without notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes unless required by law.

If an event is canceled outright, refunds will be issued at SLIST’s sole discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending a SLIST event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with nightlife events, including but not limited to loud music, flashing lights, crowded spaces, and the actions of other attendees.

You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether foreseeable or not.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLIST and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your participation in our events, use of our website, or engagement with our content.

If liability is found despite this limitation, it is strictly capped at the amount you paid to SLIST in the past 12 months.

6. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SLIST, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms,
  • Your attendance or participation in SLIST events,
  • Your actions that cause injury, loss, or damage to any person or property,
  • Your violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

This obligation survives your attendance at our events and use of our website.

7. Conduct

You agree to follow all SLIST rules, posted signage, and instructions from staff. Harassment, violence, illegal activity, or any behavior that endangers others may result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All SLIST content, including but not limited to logos, event names, photos, videos, and written content, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute without prior written permission.

SLIST is not responsible for content, services, or actions of any third-party websites, vendors, or platforms linked from our site or associated with our events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in The United States of America.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
