FAQ

How is attribution tracked?

Two ways. Either someone clicks your share link (we drop a 30-day cookie), or they type your code at checkout. Code wins over cookie. Last-touch wins within the 30-day window — if your friend clicks two different promoters' links, the most recent one gets credit.

When do I actually get paid?

Commissions transfer from SLIST to your Stripe balance 0–4 days after each event ends. Stripe then deposits to your bank on its normal rolling schedule (typically 2 business days after the transfer). So roughly 2–6 days after the event.

Is there a minimum payout?

No. Whatever you earned for an event transfers in the next daily cycle, even if it's $4. The cost of sending small payouts is on us, not you.

Can I promote SLIST on Instagram?

Yes. Anywhere you want — IG bio link, story stickers, DMs, your group chat, your wall. We auto-pull current event flyers into your dashboard so you always have something to share.

What if I refund a ticket?

Refunds reverse the commission for that ticket. SLIST runs a strict no-refunds policy so this is rare. Chargebacks behave the same way. If your chargeback rate exceeds 5%, we pause your account for review.

Can I leave the program?

Anytime, from your dashboard's Settings tab. Your historical commissions stay payable; your code stops attributing new sales.
